Most people don’t know what it means when they hear online pdf editor or re-edit pdf text online. However, there are plenty of great tools out there to edit, create and change your PDFs without having to retype a thing. Cacoo is one of those tools. It's intuitive and easy to use, which makes for quick work on all your editing tasks!
There are lots of reasons you might want an online pdf editor: maybe you need to remove sensitive information from a document before sharing it with clients; maybe you want to keep track of changes in a collaborative environment, or maybe you just hate retyping information into Microsoft Word so much that you'd rather deal with any hassle than go through all that hassle again.

While most editors let you add comments to your
documents (which can be helpful), Cacoo lets users draw directly onto their
documents - something incredibly useful if you're collaborating with others on
projects where everyone needs to see each other's edits at once.
3) Coggle
Coggle is a great online PDF editor. While there are other good ones out there (most notably Cacoo), Coggle stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. Coggle's interface is easy enough for a first-timer, but it still has some of those little touches that make it stand out among its competitors.
Take, for example, Google Docs: if you grab some text from that and then put it into another document in Word or Open Office, something gets messed up — usually your font. When I was working on my dissertation, I'd get all these weird formatting errors because I'd be using a different program than what I used to write my dissertation.
With Coggle, however, everything stays exactly as it should be
when you paste the content into your PDF. It even preserves paragraph breaks!
That's pretty rare with most editors. The only downside is that Coggle isn't
free; you have to pay $8 per month for access.

enough for non-techies but still has enough bells and whistles to keep things
interesting.

Google Drawings is a free online tool that’s super-easy to use. It’s great for creating visual diagrams and simple illustrations, like floor plans, concept sketches, and organizational charts. Think of it as a digital version of your desk whiteboard (that everyone can see).
You can create new drawings from scratch or by uploading existing images. Best of all? It’s free (you can also download whatever you create if you want). When it comes to online pdf editor tools, there are so many choices out there—which makes sense, considering that many online editors have similar capabilities.
But with some of them, figuring out how to get started can be frustrating (especially if you don’t know what you need yet). That’s why we think that using Google Drawings could be one of your best options: it doesn't cost anything, it's really easy to learn how to use, and you can create everything from maps and charts to storyboards and timelines.
